The Tripoli system features fortified moons. As of 3025, these were garrisoned by the Third Benjamin Regulars.Tripoli was invaded during the first half of the major invasion into the Federated Suns launched by the Draconis Combine in May 2787. In 2818 Tripoli was liberated by the Armed Forces of the Federated Suns in the third and final major AFFS counter-offensive of the First Succession War against the Draconis Combine. Tripoli was one of the last three worlds to be liberated by the Federated Suns.
